My injuries

I got something new my re injurie on my neck is 99% heald my shoulder injurie is 46% heald.So that what i said 3 weeks rest from parkour is shit i can hold it any more next week im startin again i will make video but with shit camera.BTW tommorow is my b-day.

Just to add to this topic:
I have had 2 knee injuries (both Jumpers Knee), Sprained my foot, toe and fingers... Thats pretty much all of the most serious injuries I've had xD Its not a lot, is it
