If u are injured i suggest to do more conditionings.I wuz injuried 3 times inarow in the past 1 week.I did some conditioning stuff. When i finished conditioning the pain in mu knee wuz smaller. Now if yo' leg is hurt dont do high drops if u redy still dont do it beacuse when the hurtin leg have impact it will hurt more.If u're arm is injuried dont do cat leaps, vaults and cat balance so the hand wont be reinjured. If u're part head is injuried for exsample the neck i suggest to focuse more on the warm up upper body and warm the neck.Thats all Very Happy

hope it helps Smile
