Making local Communitys Empty Making local Communitys

As things are right now, we're scattered all around...
That means we can't really meet up or train together. So instead of just inviting random people into the team, how about only inviting people that we actually know?
I know Zay have done it... and I've done it as well: Make a local parkour community in your city and train with them, befriend them, invite them in and so on ^^

Also I think we should only allow traceurs/free runners who have some skills.. So no total newbies. That will make the team seem more exclusive and interesting. (im not talking about kicking members that a already in the team... but from now on.)

I've been thinking alot about this actually.
A friend said to me: "I think it's kinda weird, having a team open for all..."
His right, isnt he!?
So, make some rules.. like people have to have trained over 1 year, or something... (your ideas?)

Tell me what you think about this ^^
