What to eat!?
Are you obessed with only eating the healthy food? :O
Well, kill that obsession right now, because, honestly, That make you any better..
For a top-prof Athlete it might matter, but, just eat what you want to. And lets face it, you dont want to eat candy all the time, do you
The most important is actually to eat a lot.. (if you train alot) You need to have balance.
always remember breakfast! This gives energy to the rest of the day.. I fx eat oatmeal(?), cornflakes with milk... a bit of fat, good amount of protein and alot of calories (perfect!)
Don't think too much about what you eat, more about when you eat and if you really need that energy... If you tend to eat a little bit constantly (like me xD) try drinking water.. Water naturally makes that need disappear (magic!)

i don't care what i eat i just know that in one day i eat alot then i train in that day alot

im eating fruit not that many but i can say evry second day i eat candy all the time and fast food and im 40 kg
