A day on the roof...

Today, me and my friend was doing some parkour/free running on the roof of our school(and on the ground).
We trained hard more than 3 hours with massive jumps, flips, handstand, running etc...
Now, as I write to you, I can honestly say that im tired as a... door? xD
My shoulder hurts, the inside of my hands are completely ripped up, I hit my head and my toes hurt as well... yeah!

But man! It was so worth it!!! a ton of fun and adrenaline... do i need to say more

men last monday i was traing so hard with my frinds i can berly move now it was about 4h

i wuz traing this day fresh from my two in arrow injuries and i wuz just doin vault combos and in 2 hang vault i push mu hold hand on the rail wtih mu body and i fall straight to the rail now im reinjured so 5 day rest from parkour and more conditioning

Injuries suck! I hit my shoulder pretty bad yesterday. I couldnt sleep on that side at all xD

i now how to roll and do not fell pain on the shoulder

Yeah, I can roll too... but when its a 5m gap and 2m drop its gets a little hard to do a proper roll xD
