Can someone give me tips how to climb up from cat leap position

To get up from a cat requires a lot of upper body strength to do it nice and fluid...

pull yourself up and get close to do wall. then you kick out your strong leg so you go up while you also pull/push(biceps/triceps) with your arms. that should get you up in a nice controlled way...

On Sunday, I hope to film some roof-action so i'll with probably get some Cat-ups then.
