Todey i earnd two more injuries one on the shoulder and reinjurie on the neck.The shoulder injurie is not from parkour its from football.So im gona rest from parkour 3 weeks

yea i understand all of it.....im going out tomorrow to shoot the footage....i would have done it earlier but i messed up my wrist when i made that gate to gate vault in the video....but yea ik exactly where to put the poster where im going
