How do you train?

A lot of people train in a lot of ways...
personally i like to train moves until i can do them 100%.
I like to slowly walk myself through the technique and understand everything about how it works before throwing myself into it.

So... if could just reply and tell me how you train yourself and that way learn more about other ways of learning things. sometimes other ways are faster than others

Also I like to train into sand. sand gives me a lot of confidence for some reason

what i do is do same worm up and then after i'm done same special exsase like push up
and i try to push my self to limit

i will do warm up beacuse if i do harder exsercices gona hurt my mucles
